This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a full 48 hours advance notice you can be charged a no-show fee of up to 100% of the value of the scheduled appointment.

If you arrive late, your therapist will determine the remaining time for your treatment in order to accommodate others following you. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly.

Groupon's are for new customers only!

When booking with a Groupon Voucher, No Call / No Shows can re-book at full price minus the value of paid Groupon. 
 

If you are a current client I offer discounts to you directly. 

If you schedule an appointment and you have already been here you will be charged the full amount of the service and then contact Groupon for a refund.
